What is CompanyOS?
CompanyOS brings shared facts, procedures, and templates into ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex. Give your team common context and agreed ways of working. Each person uses their own connected account. Shared context does not mean shared chat history; personal material stays personal.
Who is it for?
Teams that want to share both what they know and how they work through AI. Start with a recurring task, such as a weekly update or customer handover, and agree on the knowledge, instructions, and format it needs.
What does it cost?
Nothing while CompanyOS is in beta: every feature, no card, no seat limit. When billing opens, it is €29 per seat per month, excluding VAT, and nothing charges until an Owner subscribes. Your AI provider’s subscription is separate. See pricing.
How do seats work?
Once billing opens, each person in the workspace needs a seat, paid monthly and up front. Adding a seat is charged straight away, prorated to your renewal date. Lowering seats takes effect at the next renewal. Details are in Beta and pricing.
Who do we pay, and how does VAT work?
Creem processes payments as our merchant of record, so the charge and receipt come from Creem on behalf of CompanyOS. Prices on this site exclude VAT; Creem calculates it at checkout from your location and any VAT ID you give.
Which AI clients work?
Start with the setup guides for Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex. Other tools need compatible connector support. Check the AI client guides for setup and account requirements.
What can an AI client do with my files?
The document tools search, read, and list files available to you. They do not edit or delete source documents. You add and manage files in CompanyOS.
Can one person see another person’s personal files?
No. Not even Owners.
Do I need a paid AI plan?
It depends on the AI tool and its current connector support. Check your provider’s plan requirements and our connection guides before choosing a subscription.
What is a procedure?
A saved set of instructions for a repeatable task, such as a weekly project summary. Anyone can draft one; a workspace Owner approves it before the team can use it. The instructions do not change your source documents.
What is a template?
A shared definition of what a result should include. For a weekly update, it might specify progress, risks, and next steps. A procedure explains how to prepare the update; a template sets its structure. An Owner approves shared templates for the workspace.
Can CompanyOS run a procedure by itself?
Yes. An Owner can schedule a published procedure daily, weekly, or when a record changes in Recruit CRM. CompanyOS runs it over your company files and connected tools, and emails the result to the members you choose. See Scheduled Procedures.
Which tools can we connect?
SharePoint Online, Recruit CRM, Airtable, and Exa for the workspace, and each person’s own Microsoft 365 mailbox. They are read-only to AI, except that Microsoft 365 can prepare email drafts you review and send yourself. See Apps.
Do you train on my files?
No.
How do I delete or export data?
Owners can delete Company Files and request workspace deletion or an export. Members can delete their own Personal Files. Email support@companyos.cc.
Where do I get help?
Email support@companyos.cc.
