Free during the beta

CompanyOS is in beta. Every Workspace is free while the beta runs: no card, no seat limit, and every feature included. Nothing is charged, and no Workspace is blocked.

Nothing starts charging on its own. When billing opens, an Owner subscribes from Billing in the app, and only then are seats charged.

Pricing when billing opens

There is one plan, CompanyOS Pro:

Price	€29 per seat per month
Tax	Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout.
Billing	Monthly, per seat, paid up front
Included	Everything: files, search, Procedures and Templates, Scheduled Procedures, Apps, and every AI Client connection

Your AI provider’s plan (Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex) is separate. Some providers require a paid plan for custom connectors.

How seats work

• Each person who uses the Workspace needs a seat. An invitation that is still pending also holds one.
• The Owner chooses the number of seats at checkout. It can’t be lower than the people already in the Workspace.
• Adding a seat is charged straight away, prorated to your renewal date.
• Lowering the seat count takes effect at the next renewal, with no credit for the current period.

Only Owners see Billing in the app. From there an Owner manages seats, the payment method, invoices, and cancellation.

Who you pay

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. The charge and receipt come from Creem on behalf of CompanyOS, and Creem calculates VAT from your location and any VAT ID you give.
