- 3Your first ProcedureWrite down how a recurring task is done.
Start
- QuickstartCreate a Workspace, add one real file, connect your AI, and ask one question. About ten minutes.
- Beta and pricingCompanyOS is free while it is in beta. When billing opens, it is €29 per seat per month, excluding VAT.
Connect your AI
- AI ClientsWhat happens when Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex connects to CompanyOS: what it can see, and the tools it gets.
- Connect ClaudeAdd CompanyOS to Claude as a custom connector. About five minutes, mostly inside Claude's settings.
- Connect ChatGPT or CodexAdd CompanyOS to ChatGPT, the Codex CLI and app, or Codex Cloud as a remote MCP server.
Knowledge
- FilesCompany Files are shared with the Workspace. Personal Files stay with the person who added them. CompanyOS reads both so your AI can cite them.
- SearchFind ranked sources, cited summaries, and relevant connections from the same search in CompanyOS and your AI client.
- PermissionsOwners run the Workspace. Members use what is shared with them. Everyone's AI sees exactly what they can see, and nothing more.
Procedures
- Procedures and TemplatesA Procedure is how your team does a task. A Template is the shape the result should take. Your AI reads both.
- Your first ProcedureWrite one useful Procedure with your AI, share it, get it approved, and run it.
- Scheduled ProceduresCompanyOS runs a Procedure for you, daily, weekly, or when something changes in Recruit CRM, and emails the result to the people who need it.
Apps
- AppsConnect the tools your team works in. Your AI and your Scheduled Procedures can then read them, through operations CompanyOS curates.
- Microsoft 365Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox so your AI can read your mail and prepare drafts, as you or as a Shared Mailbox. You review and send every email from Outlook.
Developers
- DevelopersCall CompanyOS over plain HTTP: discover operations, run them, and give an unattended job its own scoped, revocable grant.
- OpenAPI referenceThe HTTP contract for every operation.
- Error catalogEvery error code, and the next step to take.
Help
- TroubleshootingFix the common problems: a client that can't see files, a source still preparing, a Procedure that won't run, an App with no data.
